Top Black Friday and Cyber Monday Robot Vacuum Deals
This is your time to own a robotic vacuum. CNET's top-rated models will be on sale during Black Friday and Cyber Monday with discounts of up to 57%..
The Roborock Q7 Max offers strong pressure and smart mapping, with apps-based no-go zones. its 180-minute runtime is impressive. It also automatically replenishes and self-empties its water tank.
1. Roomba j7+ iRobot from iRobot.
The Roomba j7+ is iRobot's most intelligent robot vacuum to date. Its most notable advancement, however, is its camera-based obstacle-detection system. This uses AI to identify objects like charging cords and shoes. It's the first robot to provide you with pictures of the objects that it encounters, meaning you can instruct the robot to avoid it.
The Combo J7+ is the most efficient robot mop that we have ever tested. It picks up dirt and spills quickly leaving no trace it was there. The iRobot application makes it simple to control. It can schedule cleanings and create Keep Out Zones so that it doesn't clean in areas that you don't would like. It's compatible with Alexa or Google Assistant so you can start it and stop it by voice.
Its design is a step above the competition with a sleek top piece that appears more like a toy robot rather than a loud, loud one. And the Clean Base Automatic Dirt Disposal System is self-emptying which is great for reducing your cleanup time.
In our tests, we discovered that the j7+ was quick to removed dust, dirt, and hair from pets. The counter-rotating rubber brushes held the debris in its place instead of scattering it on the floor. It was able capture sand, small gravel and even a tiny bit of grit. The majority of robots cannot do this. It did all without getting caught up in our pet's hair.

The j7+, while not as smart as the Roomba S9 for $1,217and Self-Emptying Vacuum Robot from iRobot and can't clean the stairs, is an excellent choice for those who want both mopping and vacuum. It's not too expensive, and the IRobot app makes it user-friendly.
Although vacuum deals is very easy to use, we've found it to be less reliable than other apps that work with robotic cleaners. It can take a while to download updates, and at times it's difficult to tell if the update is actually functioning until you've seen it in the action.
2. Roborock Q5+
If you're looking for a robotic vacuum cleaner that can do more than simply clean your floors A hybrid is the best choice. This kind of robot usually includes a built-in water tank which means they can mop and vacuum your home simultaneously. These bots also come with many additional features like smart mapping and small object avoidance and the ability to wash and re-dry mopping pads. They are expensive at full retail but often are reduced on Black Friday or Cyber Monday.
Roborock produces some of our favorite robotic vacuums, and the Q5+ doesn't perform to the standards. This is the cheapest model of their auto-empty line. Although it might not come with some of the luxurious features (like no-go zones or multi-story memories) but it's an excellent option for those who are willing to compromise to save a few bucks.
The Q5+ is exceptionally soft when it comes to obstacles such as walls and table legs. This makes it an ideal option for homes with lots of furniture. It's also very thorough in cleaning up dust bunnies, which is a problem where many cheaper robot vacuums fall short. The technology for navigation in the Q5+ is excellent too, with very little misses in corners and on walls.
The Q5+, like other Roborock products, can be controlled by only a few buttons on your device or through the Roborock App. The app lets you start and stop cleaning. You can also set schedules, design virtual barriers and no-go areas, adjust your home map, or re-label rooms.
If you choose the Q5+ model, it comes with a brand new auto-emptying dock, designed to make this robot easier to maintain. It requires a screwdriver to install, but once in place the process of emptying the bin is relatively easy. It has a large LCD screen that is very useful in setting up schedules and altering settings. This feature isn't essential for most people however it can help you easily keep track of the robot's maintenance schedules.
3. Narwal Freo X Ultra
The Freo X Ultra is a well-rounded robot mop and vacuum that's incredibly clever in its vacuuming and mopping capabilities. Its design is among the best in the industry however it's quite expensive.
It's a small base station that looks great and can be hidden when not in use. The main reason to buy the station is that it automates many tasks, functions, and chores that other robots have to leave to you. It can store clean and dirty water, it electrolyzes and heats the water (which most other robovacs require you to do) and empty the dust bin after vacuuming, and ensures that your robot fully charged and clean.
Its vacuuming performance is quite impressive, too. It's one of the few robot vacuums I've tested that does very well at cleaning up debris from bare floors, and it's not nearly as loud as the more expensive Roomba 980 or iRobot the 900 series.
The Freo X Ultra is not free of faults, especially in the area of navigation. Its LiDAR and laser sensors aren't as reliable and reliable as other robovacs, meaning it is sometimes stuck or confused in certain areas or rooms of your home. It's also not able to climb stairs as well as other competitors and doesn't come with a dock that can create a clean zone for plush carpets.
While it doesn't offer as much in the way of cleaning-related options in its app, or as many shortcuts within the app as other robovacs, the Freo X Ultra is still a top choice for those looking for a comprehensive robot vacuum and mop that's worth the higher price tag.
If you're looking to save money or simply don't care about the limitations of this robot there are many alternatives on the market, including a lot of eufy models priced substantially less. The Eufy Qrevo Curv, for example is less expensive and offers the same experience in the app, but with more features like stairs, a fully-function dock, and a better overall performance when vacuuming floors and low and high-pile carpets.
4. Eufy RoboVac G30
eufy is an Anker company that has a long history of creating robot vacuums with the right combination of features, performance, and price. The G30 Hybrid is no different, offering a capable cleaning of hard floors and mopping, carpets and other surfaces at an affordable price point. It's simple to set up by snapping one of the side brushes on, turn it on and plug in the charging dock. The app takes you through a few steps to connect to your Wi-Fi and then the G30 is ready to go. You'll need to leave the dock close to an electrical outlet and ample space for it to move around but.
The G30 is a small device, measuring 2.85 inches in height, so it will be placed under most couches and pieces of low-clearance furniture. Its design is more modest than other models, and features sleek black finish and three buttons that are physical such as Auto Cleaning start/pause, Recharge and Spot Cleaning (which scrubs an area in spiral patterns for 2 minutes). It is also possible to connect the G30 to Amazon Alexa or Google Home for voice commands to perform routine cleaning tasks that are not scheduled.
The most important characteristic that makes the G30 above the rest is the method it cleans. It uses a built-in map to create an image of the immovable objects it encounters, remembering what it's already cleaned and the areas it's not able to access. It will return to the base to recharge, and then begins cleaning the area it left.
The eufy G30 isn't without its faults however. The iRobot Roomba 675 is better constructed, has lower recurring costs, charges faster and has a similar battery life, while providing better performance on bare floors and low-pile carpet. It has a bigger dust bin, which doesn't require as much emptying. It also comes with boundary strips that keep it from certain areas. The G30, however is more affordable and is much easier to maintain. Its smaller canister means it doesn't have to be empty as often, and it has less trouble with bulky materials like cereal.
